Banks now have all types of System Application Software of their own, such as Centralized Application for Pre-Accepted Post Dated Checks, Centralized Application for Next Day Checks, Centralized Application for Wire Transfer, Cash Card (Credit Card), CIF.....etc. Every teller’s computer has to install different types of System Application Softwares, and when dealing with different type of financial businesses they would have to open each and every individual System Application Software repeatedly.

Observing the problems described, Harmonation has especially amalgamated all of the Banking operation systems and completed the "Universal Platform System for Incoming Documents" to solve all of the problems. "Universal Platform System for Incoming Documents" has designed all types of different forms needed by banking operation, and an Operational Platform which has only one entrance; Branch teller only needs to input minor basic document information and send to a core after Scanning it wih a Scanner, it will then run through a "FloWare" Process Management System which introduced by Harmonation from abroad to conduct the remaining procedures such as information key-in, verify, release ...etc.Because "Universal Platform System on Incoming Documents" is performing through the interface of Web, therefore the front end teller computers do not need to load any software systems. They would only need to utilize the Intranet within the bank to be able to perform all tasks. This systm has also maintained its flexibility to meet the requirements of any changes on its back end systems.
